1. 아귀와 채소는 흐르는 물에 씻어 주세요.
2. 냄비에 물 1L와 무 일부, 양파 일부, 다시팩을 넣고 약 10분 정도 끓여서 육수를 내주세요. 육수가 우러나면 건더기는 건져내세요.
3. 육수에 나머지 분량의 무와 콩나물을 넣고, 소금으로 간을 한 다음 한소끔 끓여 주세요.
4. 미나리와 대파를 넣고, 입맛에 따라 다진 마늘과 청양고추로 매운맛을 조절하여 완성해 주세요.
