해동법 ・드시기 하루 전 냉장실에서 해동 후 조리해 주세요.

조리법 1. 해동한 낙지, 대창, 새우를 흐르는 물에 깨끗이 씻고 물기를 제거해 주세요.
Tip. 낙지는 소금과 함께 2분간 세게 치댄 후, 깨끗히 세척해 사용하면 탱글한 식감이 더욱 살아납니다.
2. 냄비에 소스와 물 250g을 넣고 소스가 잘 풀어지도록 저어주세요.
3. 모든 재료를 넣고 냄비 뚜껑을 덮은 후 강불로 5분간 더 끓여주세요.
4. 뚜껑을 제거한 뒤 약불로 줄이고 국물이 자작해질 때까지 2~3분간 추가로 끓여 주세요.
