조리법 1. 볼에 계란과 우유 100mL를 넣고 잘 섞어주세요.
2. 핫케익 믹스를 넣고 살짝 덩어리가 남을 정도로만 가볍게 섞어주세요. 너무 오래 젓지 않도록 주의해주세요.
3. 기름을 엷게 두른 프라이팬을 중불에 달군 뒤, 젖은 행주 위에 올려 살짝 식혀주세요.
4. 프라이팬을 약불에 다시 올린 후, 팬에서 30cm 정도 떨어진 높이에서 반죽을 부어주세요.
5. 약한 불에 약 3분간 굽다가 반죽에 기포가 생길 때 뒤집어 다시 2분간 구워주세요.
Tip. 뒷면을 구울 때 프라이팬 뚜껑을 닫아두면 한층 부드러운 식감으로 구워낼 수 있어요.
